La mia nuova rubrica "What I Think About"... smart ed essenziale, ritorna!
Dopo essere stata in giro per il mondo, vi racconterò qualcosa del mio viaggio prossimamente, oggi mi soffermo su una domanda che mi è spesso stata posta:
Come fai ad organizzarti e come pensi si possa fare?
Vi elencherò alcuni trucchi che nella mia vita mi agevolano e rendono più semplice la mia quotidianità:
UTILIZZATE POST IT
Ammetto di non possedere un'ottima memoria (tendo a dimenticare soprattutto i compleanni di amici, parenti....ma loro mi conoscono, almeno spero!) ed anche se la possedete andrete sicuramente a dimenticare qualcosa quando gli impegni si accavallano!
Quindi scrivete tutto : date dei prossimi compleanni , appuntamenti o anche una semplice lista della spesa.....Vi sentirete la mente più libera.
DATEVI DELLE SCADENZE
Creare una lista delle cose da fare ad esempio aiuta tanto a semplificare la vostra vita ed evitare di tralasciare o rimandare cose di una certa rilevanza. date una priorità alle cose da fare, ad esempio, prima cucinerete o laverete a terra? Io opterei di cucinare pur di non morire di fame :-) Così, ogni qual volta abbiate qualcosa di importante da ricordare eviterete di tralasciarla all'ultimo minuto!
FATE UNA PAUSA
Prendervi alcuni minuti , sia che voi siate a lavoro che a casa, serve a ritagliarvi uno spazio per liberare la mente e servirà a rendervi più produttivi quando tornerete a riprendere il vostro lavoro! A lavoro ritagliatevi un "coffee break"....vi darà uno slancio non indifferente per ricominciare ed organizzare il vostro lavoro!
A CASA UNO SPAZIO PER OGNI COSA
Non tendete ad acquistare per accumulare....se non sapete dove inserire un nuovo oggetto acquistato tipo l'ultima borsa Michael Kors che avete visto in vetrina ed avete l'armadio che sta esplodendo, evitate che il falegname vi faccia spendere quanto avete speso per la MK :-)
ORGANIZZATE LE MAIL
Sembrerà banale ma anche le mail vanno catalogate in cartelline, forse molti di voi già lo fanno, ma questo vi permetterà di trovare subito ciò di cui avete bisogno!
ELIMINATE CIO' CHE E' FUTILE
Io l'ho imparato con il tempo "eliminare ciò che non si utilizza", essendo conservatrice in tante cose, sino poco tempo fa tendevo a "conservare" soprattutto il vestiario perché ritenevo che lo avrei indossato....Invece no! il trucco delle grucce aiuta: mettete i capi che non indossate spesso con il gancio rivolto all'esterno , dopo alcune settimane o mesi, noterete i capi che non avete mai indossato . Il mio consiglio è donarli ai più bisognosi .
IMPARATE A DELEGARE
Chiedere aiuto non è una cosa negativa, pensate che è una delle qualità dei bravi leader! Nonostante mi piacerebbe farlo più spesso mi è capitato di farlo, tipo se state impazzendo nel affrontare una problematica lavorativa o casalinga imparate a chiedere come si fa o a farvi aiutare ( senza approfittarvene naturalmente)....ne troverà giovamento il vostro cervello :-)
SVEGLIATEVI ALMENO UN QUARTO D'ORA PRIMA
Essere mattinieri agevola nel fare tante cose : organizzare, casa, lavoro, pensieri . Non immaginate quante cose si riescano a fare se la mattina, grazie alla luce del sole, quindi impostate un quarto d'ora prima la vostra sveglia, non vi dico di svegliarvi all'alba perché i riflessi della mancanza di sonno li sentirete a metà mattinata e la sera ma impostate la sveglia qualche minuto prima per poter fare almeno una bella colazione. Non esiste niente di meglio che fare una sana colazione con calma e serenità :-)

My new smart and essential column " What I think about" has come back!
Having been around the world, I will tell you something of my trip soon, today, I will talk about a question that I have often been asked:
How do you get organized and ?
I will list some tips that make easier my daily life:
USE POST IT
I am aware that I have not a very good memory (especially I tend to forget birthdays of friends, relatives .... but they know me, I hope !), And even if you have got it, you will certainly forget something when commitments overlap!
Then write everything down : dates of upcoming birthdays, appointments, or even a simple shopping list ..... You will feel your mind clearer !
GIVE YOURSELVES DEADLINES
Create a list of things to do such as helping to simplify your life and avoid forgetting or postponing relevant things . Give priority to things to do, for example, first is it better to cook or to mop the floor? I would cook rather than starve :-) So, whenever you have something important to remember you will avoid leaving it untill the last minute!
TAKE A BREAK
Take a few minutes, whether you are at work and at home, it is useful to create a space to clear your mind and can help you be more productive when you return to the task! To get a space at work for a "coffee break" .... will give you a significant impulse to go on and organize your work !
HAVE A PLACE FOR EVERYTHING
Don't buy to collect .... if you do not know where to put a new object, for example the last bag by Michael Kors you have seen in the shopping window and you have the wardrobe that is exploding, don't allow the carpenter makes you spend how much you have spent for MK :-)
ORGANIZE YOUR MAIL
It may seem insignificant but emails should be categorized into folders, perhaps many of you already do this, but this will allow you to find quickly what you need!
REMOVE WHAT IS NOT USEFUL FOR YOU
I have learned over time "to remove what you do not use", being a conservative in many things, until recently tended to "preserve" especially clothing because I thought that I would have worn .... But it is not true ! tThe hanger's crutches helps: put the clothes you do not wear often with the hanger facing out, after a few weeks or months, you will notice the clothes you have never worn . My advice is to donate them to the poors.
LEARN TO DELEGATE
Asking for help is not a bad thing, you think that it is one of the qualities of good leaders! Although I would not llike to do it , sometimes it is necessary, if you are going crazy for a problem at home or at work learn to ask how do you or get help (without exploting of course) .... Your brain will benefit :-)
