Oggi vi parlo di alcuni prodotti di cui ho fatto largo uso in questo ultimo mese e con cui mi sto trovando bene, appartengono al marchio cien , oramai famoso tra noi blogger makeuppose e come molte di voi già sapranno si trova presso Lidl.
Il primo prodotto di cui vi parlo è il Detergente Intimo - Cien Intimate Body Wash che continuo ad usare con costanza e non vi nego ho scoperto essere un prodotto jolly .
Perché Jolly?! perché ho letto su vari forum di persone che usano questo prodotto non solo come detergente viso ma anche come shampoo....e sinceramente per i miei capelli grassi dando un’ occhiata all’ INCI non mi sembra poi così assurdo utilizzarlo come shampoo.
Utilizzo detergente viso : mi piace ma non mi fa impazzire, lascia la pelle morbida e toglie bene ogni traccia di make up, però delle volte ho notato che tende a sensibilizzare gli occhi, penso sia dovuto alla presenza di profumo .
Utilizzo shampoo : mi piace ancora di più perché sgrassa bene i capelli senza risultare aggressivo e non li lascia unti come accade con le formule siliconiche, i miei capelli appaiono davvero lavati anche dopo tre giorni! Naturalmente non vi aspettate tanta schiuma perché la schiuma non è sinonimo di maggiore capacità pulente. Il Sodium Laureth Sulfate non è il mio tensioattivo preferito, è di origine naturale ma trattato chimicamente ed ha una buona biodegradabilità pur essendo un pò aggressivo sulla pelle ma il Cocamidopropyl Betaine lo bilancia bene.
Non finisce qui ! Utilizzo detergente corpo : ottimo potere lavante e lascia la pelle morbida senza effetto reboud...purtroppo sono allergica a molti bagnoschiuma avendo la pelle delicatissima ed il rischio è il cosiddetto effetto rebound, quando la pelle viene pulita con detergenti troppo aggressivi, oppure troppo spesso, le ghiandole reagiscono producendo ancora più sebo per difendere l'epidermide. Il risultato è pelle unta, brufoli o desquamazioni. Utilizzando il Detergente Intimo Cien non ho più problemi!

Il secondo prodotto di cui vorrei parlarvi è il Balsamo alla provitamina B5 repair & care, protezione e nutrimento per capelli sfibrati.
Non mi aspettavo grandi risultati da un balsamo pagato pochi euro e dal formato di 300 ml ma posso affermare che non è niente male nonostante l'inci non sia bio come per il detergente intimo.
L'ho acquistato sinceramente perchè ero attratta dalla presenza del pantenolo e dell'olio di macadamia, lo uso con costanza avendo i capelli ricci, consumo molto il balsamo per renderli più pettinabili e questo balsamo mi permette di domarli senza appesantirli.
Per finire la crema corpo, Cien - Bodycare Latte Corpo per Pelli Secche con Olio di Mandorle e Vitamina E, acquistato perché il formato da 500 ml era davvero conveniente e dopo un uso costante mi piace molto l'effetto sulle gambe: lascia le gambe liscissime, lo applico ogni sera dopo la doccia, la mattina le mie gambe sono lisce e morbide, quest'effetto penso sia dovuto dalla formulazione della crema, si tratta infatti di acqua in olio.

Today I talk you about some of the products which I have used in these manths and I find nice to use, they belongs to the cien brand , it is famous among bloggers who write about make up and sold in Lidl.
The first product I talk about is Cien Intimate Body Wash that I continue to use consistently and will not deny that I found to be a good product .
Why Jolly ?! because I have read on various forums of people who use this product not only as a facial cleanser but also as a shampoo .... and honestly for my oily hair giving a "look" at the ingredients it not seem so absurd to use it as a shampoo.
Use as facial cleanser : I like it but i am not crazy about, it leaves the skin soft and removes all traces of make-up well , sometimes I have noticed that it tends to chafe my eyes, I think it is due to the presence of perfume.
Use as shampoo : I love it even more because it degreases your hair well without being aggressive and not let them anointed as with silicone formulas , my hair look really washed after three days! Of course you do not expect a lot of foam because the foam is not synonymous of good cleaning power . Sodium Laureth Sulfate is not my favourite surfactant, it is natural origin but chemically treated and has a good biodegradability despite being a bit aggressive on the skin but Cocamidopropyl Betaine balances it very well.
It does not end here ! Using as body wash : excellent cleaning power and leaves the skin soft without rebound effect ... unfortunately I am allergic to many body wash having a delicate skin and the risk is the so-called rebound effect , when the skin is cleaned with strong detergents , or too often , glands react by producing even more sebum to protect the skin. As a result, oily skin , pimples or flaking . Using Intimate body wash non ho più problemi!

I did not expect great results from a conditioner paid a few Euros, and the size of 300 ml but I can say that is not bad although the ingredients are not organic as for the intimate cleanser.
I bought it because I was attracted by the presence of panthenol and macadamia oil, I use it constantly having curly hair, I always use lots of conditioner to make my hair more manageable, this product allows me to come them without weighing it down.

Finally Cien - Bodycare Body Milk for Dry Skin with Almond Oil and Vitamin E, bought because the 500 ml format was really cheap and after a constant use I really like the effect on the legs: the legs so smooth , I apply it every night after showering, in the morning my legs are smooth and soft, I think this effect is due to the formulation of the cream, it is in fact water in oil.
