I MIEI ESSENZIALI in Estate! // MY ESSENTIALS for Summer!

Spiaggia, sabbia, piscina, sole ....ahhh l'estate! Arriva una volta all'anno e non c'è niente di peggio nello sbagliare look e preparare la borsa mare con gli accessori/indumenti sbagliati !

Qualunque cosa faremo : giocare a racchette, surf, pallavolo, o staremo solamente distesi a prendere il sole in piscina o in spiaggia qui di seguito vi elenco i miei must have per la borsa di mare ed assicuravi un look chic quest'estate!
  
Costume 
Non c'è niente di peggio che doversi sistemare il costume in continuazione ...quindi la prima cosa da fare è scegliere il costume in base alla comodità e "copertura", non vi sto dicendo di acquistare un costume modello "nonnina" ma semplicemente di optare per una scelta oculata.

Pantaloncini / Copricostume / Caftano
I pantaloncini ed il copricostume sono immancabili perché offrono una copertura extra nel caso dovreste lasciare la spiaggia/piscina per acquistare un gelato o semplicemente tornare a casa.

Jeans
Se i jeans non sono una scelta appropriata per la spiaggia lo diventano nel caso non eravate al corrente che alcuni amici avevano organizzato di rimanere tutto il giorno in spiaggia e vi tocca rimanere anche di sera ....meglio dei jeans non c'è nulla....sarete sexy e non rischierete di morire di freddo quando le temperature dopo il tramonto si abbassano ;-)

Sandali
I sandali non possono mancare per poter passeggiare sulla sabbia rovente e se sono impreziositi da dettagli luccicanti saranno ancora più belli!

Protezione Solare
Se non volete rischiare un ustione nelle ore più calde vi consiglio sempre di portare una protezione media ed una protezione con SPF 50 o 30 per il viso perché la pelle va preservata se volete mantenere un aspetto giovane, io uso La Roche Posey e Garnier .

Bottiglia d'acqua o te
Idratazione idratazione.....non dimenticatelo mai è importante mantenervi idratati sotto il sole

Tablet pc
Se volete rilassarvi il tablet maneggevole e pratico vi permetterà di leggere riviste o di navigare sul web magari come faccio io alla ricerca di qualche gustosa ricetta o della moda autunno/inverno !

Swimwear
Nothing's worse than having to constantly adjust your swimsuit..... First of all chooese your swimsuit that keeps you covered in all the right spots and comfort to wear. I am not saying to wear a granny swimwear but to do a prudent choice.

Board Shorts /Cover up
Board shorts or cover ups are a great way to provide a little extra coverage if you have to go out of beach to buy an icecream or just to come back home.

Jeans

While jeans might not seem like beach-appropriate wear, they are  perfect if you don't know that some friend decided to stay all day long at the beach in particular in the evening not to die for freezing when the weather is fresher after sunset ;-)

5. Sandals 

Sandals are a must have to walk on burning hot sand and if they have sparklingdetails they will be beautiful!

6. Sunscreen

if you don't want a sun damage you have to bring a sunscreen with spf 50 or 30 because it is so important to prevent skin's damages and to stay young !

7. Water Bottle or Tea 
A water bottle is a must on summer because hydratation is too mauch impant!

8. Tablet pc
When you are ready to relax, read the latest  magazine on your tablet pc or read a yummy recipe and looking for the new autumn / winter fashion .
