Ho cambiato Beauty Routine : prodotti economici che funzionano // Just to inform you I have changed my Beauty Routine : cheap products that work

Ragazze/i eccomi qui e stavolta con un post che vi lascerà quasi senza parole (qualcuna riservatela per commentare) perché ho radicalmente cambiato Beauty Routine utilizzando prodotti economici ma efficaci.

Salviettine struccanti Acqua alle Rose di Manetti e Roberts 

Spazzola Viso Sanitas Lidl

Detergente viso Hydra Vegetal diYves Rocher 

Tonico Acqua alle Rose di Manetti e Roberts 

Acqua micellare 2 in 1 Hydra Vegetal di Yves Rocher 

Siero Cien (Lidl)

Crema Aqua Cien (Lidl)

Vari Olii Aromazone , nello specifico Olio di Camelia.

La detersione del viso é importante perché serve a rimuovere trucco, sebo e impurità quindi dedicate almeno 5 minuti a questa fase .

Io utilizzo le Salviettine struccanti Acqua alle Rose per eliminare il make up più ostinato quale mascara, ombretto e rossetto (nel caso indossi un rossetto no transfer).

Poi passo alla vera pulizia aiutandomi con una spazzola viso, io utilizzo e mi trovo benissimo con la Spazzola Viso Sanitas Lidl  , come sapete la spazzola serve a liberare la pelle dall'accesso di sebo e vi consiglio vivamente di alternare un detergente delicato come HydraVegetal che vi renderà la pelle pulita e fresca ed una saponetta a base di argilla.

Successivamente applico il Tonico Acqua alle Rose con un dischetto di cotone ed in seguito l' Acqua micellare 2 in 1 Hydra Vegetal che ho trasferito in un flacone spray : qualche spruzzo sul viso e la pelle acquista una luminosità unica!

Poi si passa alla fase idratazione della pelle :

Applico prima di tutto il Siero Cien Antirughe e successivamente una crema viso basica leggera, attualmente mi trovo benissimo con Crema Aqua Cien alla quale aggiungo qualche goccia di Olio di Camelia.

Una Beauty Routine semplice e soprattutto economica , spero sia utile per voi , un abbraccio a tutte!

Hi everyboady I am here once again and this time with a post that will leave you almost speechless (some words to comment, please) because I have radically changed Beauty Routine using inexpensive but effective  products. What am I using? I show them from left to right above in the picture.

Face Cleansing e is important because it is used to remove make-up, sebum and impurities so dedicate at least 5 minutes for this step

I use make-up remover wipes with Rose Water to remove makeup as mascara, eye shadow and lipstick (if you wear a no transfer lipstick) .

Then the true cleansing starts helping it with a brush face, I use a Brush Face by Sanitas (Lidl, as you know the brush is used to rid the skin of extra sebum and I would highly recommend a gentle cleanser like HydraVegetal and to alternate it with a clay soap that will make clean and fresh your skin. Then I apply a Rose tonic water with a cotton pad and then the 2 in 1Hydra Vegetal Micellar Water , I moved it into a spray bottle: a little on your face and your skin gets a unique brightness!

Then you need the hydration phase: 

Before everything I apply the Wrinkle Serum by Cien and then a face cream, now I am using Aqua Cream by Cien to which I add a few drops of Camellia oil. 

My Beauty Routine is simple and cheap! I hope it is helpful for you, a hug to all my followers!

I miei Essenziali Estate 2016 // My Essentials for Summer 2016

Ciao a tutti!

La stagione calda è arrivata e con lei una buona dose di sole e di caldo, con lei torno anche io dopo un'assenza per lavoro, giornate in spiaggia (a pochi km da me) ed una splendida vacanza sulla Costiera Amalfitana per festeggiare il mio anniversario !

Con l'estate tornano anche i mie Essenziali.... sono i prodotti che ho portato con me in spiaggia ed in vacanza per questa splendida Estate 2016.

Intanto vi vostro le città ed i paesi che si susseguono lungo la Costiera..... sono uno diverso dall'altro, ognuno con le sue tradizioni e le sue peculiarità che lo rendono unico.
Ho visitato anche Capri e penso di tornarci perché mi è rimasta nel cuore!

Ho avuto l'opportunità di soggiornare in un posto d'incanto Orto Paradiso  a Minori, una struttura che mi ha permesso di godere di una vista meravigliosa e di scattare foto d'incanto.

Ed ora è giunto il momento dei mie Essenziali per l'Estate 

Avendo la pelle chiarissima i primi giorni ho utilizzato la protezione 50+ La Roche Posay ma volendomi abbronzare ho utilizzato nei giorni successivi  il latte solare spf 30 di Cien sun, marchio cosmetico venduto ad ottimo prezzo da Lidl . E' una protezione solare validissima che si assorbe facilmente donandovi gradualmente un abbronzatura dorata! Con essa ho fatto larghissimo uso della lozione doposole Cien sun, ottima per la freschezza che vi avvolgerà una volta applicata e l'assorbimento super veloce , soprattutto quando si ha fretta di rivestirsi ed uscire la sera!

Non poteva mancare un kit funzionale ed ho portato con me i nuovi prodotti Douglas Naturals , shower gel, crema viso e crema mani che ho apprezzato sin da subito, poiché non creano irritazioni e sono formulati con ingredienti 100% bio !

Il mio amato Burrocacao Baby Lips nella formulazione menta non poteva mancare ed è diventato un must perché lo riacquisto sempre! Protegge le labbra , le idrata ed in più emana un profumino fresco di menta !

Poi devo ammettere che ho bevuto litri e litri di Acqua di Cocco di Santal linea Benessere , per me eletta bevanda per l'Estate 2016, mi fa impazzire non solamente per il gusto ma perché è un valido supporto di sali minerali durante le giornate afose! Inoltre l'acqua di cocco ha importanti proprietà nutrizionali, ma non sto qui a dilungarmi.

Hello everybody! 

The warm weather has arrived and with it a good dose of sun and heat, with it I have come back too after an absence for work, days at the beach (just a few km away from me) and a wonderful holiday on the Amalfi Coast to celebrate my wedding anniversary! ( some PICS ABOVE) 

With summer my Essentials also returns  .... they are the products that I brought with me on the beach and on vacation to this beautiful Summer 2016. 

Meanwhile I show you cities and countries that follow one another along the coast .....Amalfi, Positano and so on ,each of them with its own traditions and its peculiarities that make it unique.

I went to Capri Isle too, a great location I will come back surely cause I am crazy for it!

But now let's talk about my Essentials for Summer :

Having a very clear skin the first days I used the 50+ La Roche Posay, I have used in the days following the spf 30 sun protection by Cien Sun, a cosmetic brand sold at a cheap price at Lidl's. 

It is a very valuable sunscreen that easily absorbs gradually giving you a golden tan! With it I have made wide use of after-sun lotion Cien Sun, excellent for the freshness that will wrap you once applied and the absorption super fast, especially when you are in a hurry to get dressed and go out at night! 

I also brought with me the new Douglas Naturals products:  shower gel, face cream and hand cream that I used a lot since it does not create irritations and are formulated with 100% organic ingredients! 

My favorite Lip Balm by BaBy Lips in mint formulation thas become a must because I always buy it! It protects the lips, moisturizes and in addition gives a fresh minty smell!

Then I have to admit that I drank liters of Coconut Water by Santal, elected by me the Summer 2016 Drink , it makes me mad, not only for the taste but because it is a valuable support in minerals during the hottest days! Also the coconut water has important nutritional properties, but I'm not here to talk at lenght.

Vi presento la mia nuova spazzola pulizia del viso SANITAS

Non avete tempo per una pausa tutta per voi?!
Approfittate delle vacanze per ritagliavi alemeno un po' di tempo per la vostra beauty routine.
Sarà una piccola gratificazione che vi accompagnerà per l'intera giornata.

Non scherzo ragazze :  per prima cosa spegnete il cellulare, accendente una candela profumata o un diffusore di fragranze nel bagno ......

Avendo creato quest'ambiente coccoloso approfittate per la pulizia del viso , io sto usando con piacere la nuova spazzola Sanitas acquistata da LIDL.

Avendo visto in giro spazzole per il viso di vari marchi , tra cui la Clarisonic ( dal prezzo non accessibile per me) potevo anche io non averla?! L'ho acquistata a soli € 14,99 da LIDL!

E' una spazzola per la pulizia e la cura quotidiana del viso.
Prima di ogni utilizzo bagno la spazzola con con acqua ed un detergente viso, io vi aggiungo qualche goccia di tea tree di Aroma zone.

La sto usando da una settimana ed alterno movimento circolare ed oscillante per le diverse parti del viso: oscillante per la zona T ( cioè le parti in cui ho qualche poro dilatato) e movimento circolare per fronte, gote e parte del collo. Ha 2 livelli di rotazione e le testine sono morbidissime quindi adatte anche per le pelli delicate.
Sulla mia pelle la spazzola SANITAS ha apportato dei benefici: pelle più luminosa e soprattutto più pulita!

Dopo averla utilizzata, risciacquo il viso con acqua fredda ed applico acido ialuronico e la mia crema notte al melograno Cien.

Al mattino la pelle è visibilmente e sensibilmente più morbida,tonica e ha un aspetto più sano e lucente.

I am not kidding girls: First, turn off the phone, light up a scented candle or a fragrance diffuser ......

Having created this cuddly space benefit for cleaning the face, I am using with pleasure the new Sanitas Facial Cleansing Brush  by LIDL.

Having seen around brushes for the face of many brands, including the Clarisonic (the price is not affordable for me) could have one of them ?! I bought it at only € 14.99 from LIDL!

It is a brush for cleaning and daily care of the face.
Before each use, I  bath the brush with water and a facial cleanser, I will add a few drops of tea tree By Aroma Zone.



I have been using it for a week and alternating circular motion and swinging for the different parts of the face: swinging for the T-zone ( the parts in which I have some dilated pores ) and circular motion to forehead, cheeks and the neck. 

It has 2 levels of rotation and the brushes are very soft thus also suitable for sensitive skin

On my skin this brush hsas brought benefits: brighter and more especially clean skin!

After using it, I rinse my face with cold water and apply hyaluronic acid and my night cream with pomegranate by Cien.

In the morning, the skin is visibly and significantly fresher, firmer andlooks healthier.

Ragazze le mie recensioni continuano, scusate se non sono molto presente ma ultimamente il lavoro e la nuova casa mi stanno tenendo molto impegnata .
Molti di voi mi seguono su IG e mi fa immenso piacere, saranno a conoscenza della mia passione per i prodotti Lidl ed oggi nello specifico vi parlo di alcuni prodotti entrati nella mia beauty routine ....
Sono le creme Cien Ed.Lim. Nature!!!!!


Eccole qui:

Dal packaging grazioso e dalle formulazioni davvero interessanti , la gamma dei prodotti Cien Nature è composta da creme viso giorno e notte, contorno occhi, crema mani ed olio anticellulite.
Le sto utilizzando da oltre un mese e le trovo ottime in questi giorni caldi , perché la formulazione è leggera sulla pelle ma allo stesso tempo efficace.
Ho spesso difficoltà con le creme , nel trovare una crema che mi soddisfi, queste Cien mi piacciono un sacco!
La prima crema viso sulla sn è la crema giorno antietà al melograno ( piacevolissima sorpresa presente nel Cien Sun Box.....qui review ), segue la crema notte al melograno ed il Contorno occhi alla rosa canina .

- Crema viso giorno al melagrana anti età per pelli mature (Face Cream Pomegranate Anti-Ageing skin care for mature skin) - 50 ml 2,29€

Pomegranate Face Cream  - Crema giorno al Melograno : la formulazione delicata in crema penetra rapidamente ed aiuta a garantire la giusta idratazione per l'intera giornata.

L'estate amo le creme viso che si assorbono immediatamente, l'effetto unto non lo tollero, la mia pelle deve rimanere asciutta e fresca!

Il profumo che la caratterizza è buonissimo, fruttato ma non troppo, delicato e poco invasivo, la crema è ideale per tutte le tipologie di pelli, in particolare pelli delicate miste e/o grasse.

Il Consiglio Makeupposo : Applicare tutte le mattine sulla pelle perfettamente pulita e poi stendere il fondotinta, noterete che il vostro make up durerà a lungo e la pelle del viso non tenderà a tirare!

Pomegranate Night Cream  - Crema notte al Melograno : la formulazione delicata come la crema giorno si differenzia per la texture leggermente più densa, la applico la sera dopo la mia abituale detersione con il latte detergente Cien (recensione qui) e dopo aver applicato il tonico Cien ( recensione qui ).
Al mattino la pelle appare nutrita e  più tonica!

Wild Rose Firming Eye Care - Il contorno occhi alla rosa canina : lo applico abitualmente la sera prima di andare a letto e la mattina al risveglio noto un netto miglioramento per le mie occhiaie e le rughe di espressione!

Questi prodotti verranno riproposti da LIDL?! speriamo bene! E voi li avete provati?!

Girls my reviews go on, sorry if I am not very present but currently job and new home have been keeping me very busy.
Many of you follow me on IG and it is a great pleasure for me, so you will be aware of my passion for  Lidl products and today I tell you about some products entered in my summer beauty routine ....
They are the Ed.Lim Organic Creams by Cien sold at LIDL stores !!!!!

The product range Cien Nature consists of day and night face creams , eye cream, hand cream and anti-cellulite oil , all of them with  pretty packaging and the really interesting formulations.
I have been using them for more than one month and they are so good for these hot days, excellent to use in the summer because of the light and effective texture.
I have often some trouble with creams, to find a cream that satisfies me, these Cien creams like me a lot!
The face cream on left  is the Pomegranate Anti-Ageing Face Cream for mature skin (pleasant surprise in this Cien Sun Box ..... review here), then the pomegranate night cream and wild rose Firming eye care .

Pomegranate Face Cream: the gentle formulation in cream penetrates quickly and helps to ensure proper hydration throughout the day.
In summertime I love face creams that are absorbed immediately, I hate the greasy texture, my skin must be dry and cool!
The perfume that characterizes it is very good, but not too fruity, delicate and minimally invasive, the cream is ideal for all types of skin, especially sensitive skin, combination and / or oily.

Makeupposa suggestion: Apply every morning to perfectly clean skin and then apply the foundation, you will notice that your makeup will last longer and the skin does not tend to pull!

Pomegranate Night Cream: The texture is thicker than the day cream, I apply it in the evening after my regular cleansing with the Cien cleansing milk  ( review here ) and after applying the tonic Cien (review here).
In the morning, the skin is nourished and toned!

Wild Rose Firming Eye Care : I apply regularly in the evening before going to bed and when you wake up in the morning I notice a noticeable improvement for my dark circles and wrinkles!

Will be these products resold by LIDL ?! we hope so ! And do you have used them ?!

Caldo afoso, molti di voi lo conoscono bene, da me in Salento non si soffre la calura solamente in spiaggia dove però devo prendere le giuste precauzioni per non scottarmi, così vi racconto la mia esperienza con i solari Cien in vendita da Lidl .

Gentilmente ho ricevuto la bellissima Cien Box da LIDL ITALIA a Maggio ed ho avuto modo di testare i prodotti al mare ed in città sotto il sole.

Tutti i prodotti della linea sono resistenti all'acqua e dotati di un esclusivo sistema di filtri bilanciati UVA/UVB che, grazie alla combinazione con agenti filtranti, favoriscono un'adeguata protezione prevenendo scottature e irritazioni.

Crema Latte Solare SPF 30

Protezione elevata dai raggi UVA e UVB per pelli chiare e particolarmente delicate. Idratante con vitamina E per un'abbronzatura a lunga durata. (250ml - 4,99€)

Un latte fluido e morbido che si applica facilmente sotto il sole senza colare o lasciare scia bianca. Una volta applicato diventa trasparente e protegge ottimamente dai raggi solari idratando la pelle.

Spray Solare Trasparente SPF 20

Protezione media dai raggi UVA e UVB per pelli normali e chiare. Non unge e si assorbe rapidamente. Resistente all'acqua. Confezione ideata con pratico spray applicatore. (250ml - 3,99€)

Questo spray è totalmente trasparente, non appiccica e non unge. Lo sto utilizzando molto e lo adoro sul corpo dopo averlo tenuto diverso tempo in frigo !

Crema Solare Sport SPF 30

Ultra resistente all'acqua, ideale per chi pratica sport acquatici. Protezione elevata dai raggi UVA e UVB. (75ml - 3,49€)

Diversamente dal latte, la crema ha una texture più corposa che però la rende molto più resistente all'acqua. E' ideale per chi ha una pelle molto chiara o chi pratica sport ed ha bisogno di una protezione continua dai raggi solari. La crema solare non lascia la pelle bianca come accade con le creme più corpose, mi piace la texture ed in acqua mi ha protetto davvero bene la pelle.

Lozione Doposole 

Rinfresca, lenisce gli arrossamenti, idrata e nutre la pelle dopo l'esposizione al sole, grazie alla formula con glicerina e pantenolo. L'applicazione regolare prolunga l'abbronzatura. Si assorbe facilmente e non unge. Confezione Famiglia. (500ml - 2,99€)

La texture quasi in gel favorisce un rapido assorbimento ,  torno a casa dopo giornate trascorse in spiaggia e la pelle accaldata dal sole  dopo l'applicazione con questa lozione sembra rinascere! L'assorbimento è super veloce e quindi si può applicare più volte al giorno, soprattutto se si ha fretta di rivestirsi ed uscire la sera!

Qui di seguito la lista degli ingredienti per prodotto, noterete la presenza della Vitamina B5 e della Vitamina E , oltre a preziosi ingredienti come l'aloe il burro di karité, l'olio di ricino......

Extreme hot temperature, many of you knows it well, here in Salento it is ok just to stay at the beach where I need to take the right precautions to not burn myself so I will tell you my experience with sunscreens by Cien on sale at Lidl stores.

I kindly received  the beautiful Cien Box by Italian Lidl on May and I was able to test the products oat the beach and in the city under the sun.

All products in the line are water resistant and contain a unique filter system with SPF and balanced UVA/UVB protection - Sun Protection Factor (SPF) - that, thanks to the combination with filtering agents, promote adequate protection, preventing sunburn and irritation.

Cien Sun Milk SPF 30

High protection from UVA and UVB for sensitive skin. Moisturizing with vitamin E for tan long life. (250ml - € 4.99)
A soft sun milk that can be applied easily in the sun without dripping or leaving white wake. Once applied becomes transparent and provides optimum protection from sunlight hydrating the skin.

Cien Sun transparent Sun Spray SPF 20
Medium protection against UVA and UVB . Not greasy and absorbs quickly. Waterproof. Packaging designed with practical spray applicator. (250ml - € 3.99)


This spray is totally transparent, non-sticky and non-greasy, actually I am using it all over my body and I love to use it after a long stay in the fridge!

Cien Sun CreamSport SPF 30

Ultra-resistant, ideal for those who practice water sports. High protection against UVA and UVB. (75ml - € 3.49)
Unlike milk, the cream has a thicker texture but makes it much more resistant. And it is ideal for those who have very fair skin or those who practice sports and need continued protection from sunlight. The sunscreen does not leave the skin white as with the creams more substantial, I like the texture and water protected me really good skin.

Cien After Sun lotion

Refreshes, soothes redness, moisturizes and nourishes the skin after exposure to the sun, thanks to the formula with glycerin and panthenol. The regular application prolongs the tan. It is easily absorbed and non-greasy. Family package. (500ml - € 2.99)
The texture almost gel promotes rapid absorption, I come home after days spent at the beach and the hot skin caused by the sun after applying this sun lotion seems to reborn! Absorption is super fast and then can be applied several times a day, especially if you are in a hurry to get dressed and go out at night!

Above a picture includes all the products I have tested with the ingredients, you will note Panthenol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Ricinus Communis Seed Oil and so on......
