Dr Hauschka mi ha donato un piccolo scrigno dove stare al sicuro e rivestire la mia pelle di una nuova morbida bellezza. 

I prodotti del Coffret Avvolgente Protezione sono prodotti naturali al 100%, senza profumo,  coloranti e conservanti chimici, certificati NATRUE,  quindi mi sono subito sentita sicura di utilizzare prodotti cosmetici che avrebbero solo apportato benefici alla pelle e così è stato.

Oggi ritorno a scrivere sul blog perché ho tanto da raccontarvi ed una Mini Review LaMakeupposaBlog su IG non sarebbe stata esaudiente :-)

Avete mai incontrato una donna che sia soddisfatta dei suoi capelli?
Probabilmente vi sembrerò strana o presuntuosa, ma io amo i miei capelli.
Dopo molti anni di prodotti testati, vi elenco la mia attuale routine per i capelli, non è stato semplice scovare prodotti efficaci ma io amo “testare”.
Diamo quindi un'occhiata a ciò che faccio per stimolare i miei capelli a crescere più velocemente, più vitali e più forti!

• DIETA: verdure a foglia, fagioli, semi, pesce e pollo sono tutte ottime fonti di nutrimento. Mangi davvero tutto questo? Mi chiedono spesso, sì, qualche problema? Dovete essere forti e credere nell'alimentazione sana!

• INTEGRATORI: vitamine e minerali sono anche essenziali nella vostra dieta e spesso l'alimentazione non basta, un buon integratore che ho utilizzato è stato Skin, Nails and Hair Formula di Solgar, un post a riguardo qui.

Parliamo di ciò che faccio dall’esterno adesso :

• OLIO DI COCCO 

Io uso l'olio di cocco prima di ogni shampoo come trattamento - impacco, è ricco di vitamine e sostanze nutritive essenziali, è considerato un balsamo naturale per i capelli, spesso lo lascio agire tutta la notte ed il mattino dopo mi lavo i capelli.

• UNO SHAMPOO DELICATO come quelli della linea PH Bio di Lidl a cui aggiungo 5 gocce di TEA TREE OIL 

             

Massaggiate il cuoio capelluto delicatamente , forse non lo sapete: fare lo shampoo migliora la circolazione sanguigna del cuoio capelluto e favorisce la crescita dei capelli. Acquistate shampoo privi di sostanze chimiche!

• UN BALSAMO DELICATO IDRATANTE /DISTRICANTE come quelli della linea PH Bio di Lidl

  

Applicate la giusta quantità di balsamo dopo ogni lavaggio e fate attenzione a non toccare il cuoio capelluto.

• UNA MASCHERA per capelli come la maschera capelli erboristica ai semi di lino I Provenzali .

Una volta alla settimana urge un nutrimento maggiore per i capelli e la maschera vi aiuterà a rendere i capelli più setosi e morbidi.

I write you today a post because a Mini Review on IG could not be so long and clear.

Probably I am a stranger , I love my hair, my locks .

After many years of tested products I show you my currently hair routine!

So let’s look at what I do to stimulate my hair to grow faster, thicker, and stronger!

• DIET : Leafy vegetables, beans, seeds, fish, and chicken are all excellent sources of nutrition, do you really eat all these ? yes, any problems? 

• SUPPLEMENTS : vitamins, and minerals are also essential in your diet , in the past I have used Skin, Nails and Hair Formula by Solgar , a post about it here . 

Currently I have been using Detox Organics and Cocoa Locks , I alternate between them every morning ,

Let’s talk about what I do from outside :

• COCONUT OIL 

I use coconut oil before every shampoo as a treatment, it is packed with essential vitamins and nutrients and is a natural hair conditioner , something I leave it all the night long and the morning after I wash my hair.

• A MILD SHAMPOO like the PH Organic line by Lidl with 5 drops of TEA TREE OIL. 

Massaging the scalp gently and properly while shampooing improves blood circulation in the scalp and promotes hair growth. Use of chemical-free shampoos

• A MILD MOISTURIZING CONDITIONER like the PH Organic line by Lidl 

Apply a decent amount of conditioner to your hair after every shampoo wash and pay attention to do not touch your scalp .

• AN HAIR MASK like flax seed hair mask by I Provenzali. 

Once a week you need a stronger nourishment for your hair.

• An OIL of your choice like Jojoba, Coconut, Olive, Argan, etc. 

Massaging the hair gently with oils not nourishes, revitalizes, and soothes the scalp while also fortifying the hair follicles and creating strong, lengthy, and radiant locks.

• STYLING PRODUCTS 

After applying the oil start to use a styling product, I have been using  Catwalk Curlesque by Tigi but it is very good even Control Curly di Biopoint.

After I dry my hair upside down and I am ready to go out !

How many times do I wash my hair? In winter twice or three times a week and if you follow my suggestions you will see how hair stay clean for many days!

Vi presento la mia nuova spazzola pulizia del viso SANITAS

Ciao a tutti!

Non avete tempo per una pausa tutta per voi?!
Approfittate delle vacanze per ritagliavi alemeno un po' di tempo per la vostra beauty routine.
Sarà una piccola gratificazione che vi accompagnerà per l'intera giornata.

Non scherzo ragazze :  per prima cosa spegnete il cellulare, accendente una candela profumata o un diffusore di fragranze nel bagno ......

Avendo creato quest'ambiente coccoloso approfittate per la pulizia del viso , io sto usando con piacere la nuova spazzola Sanitas acquistata da LIDL.

Avendo visto in giro spazzole per il viso di vari marchi , tra cui la Clarisonic ( dal prezzo non accessibile per me) potevo anche io non averla?! L'ho acquistata a soli € 14,99 da LIDL!

E' una spazzola per la pulizia e la cura quotidiana del viso.
Prima di ogni utilizzo bagno la spazzola con con acqua ed un detergente viso, io vi aggiungo qualche goccia di tea tree di Aroma zone.

La sto usando da una settimana ed alterno movimento circolare ed oscillante per le diverse parti del viso: oscillante per la zona T ( cioè le parti in cui ho qualche poro dilatato) e movimento circolare per fronte, gote e parte del collo. Ha 2 livelli di rotazione e le testine sono morbidissime quindi adatte anche per le pelli delicate.
Sulla mia pelle la spazzola SANITAS ha apportato dei benefici: pelle più luminosa e soprattutto più pulita!

Dopo averla utilizzata, risciacquo il viso con acqua fredda ed applico acido ialuronico e la mia crema notte al melograno Cien.

Al mattino la pelle è visibilmente e sensibilmente più morbida,tonica e ha un aspetto più sano e lucente.

Having created this cuddly space benefit for cleaning the face, I am using with pleasure the new Sanitas Facial Cleansing Brush  by LIDL.

Having seen around brushes for the face of many brands, including the Clarisonic (the price is not affordable for me) could have one of them ?! I bought it at only € 14.99 from LIDL!

It is a brush for cleaning and daily care of the face.
Before each use, I  bath the brush with water and a facial cleanser, I will add a few drops of tea tree By Aroma Zone.



I have been using it for a week and alternating circular motion and swinging for the different parts of the face: swinging for the T-zone ( the parts in which I have some dilated pores ) and circular motion to forehead, cheeks and the neck. 

It has 2 levels of rotation and the brushes are very soft thus also suitable for sensitive skin

On my skin this brush hsas brought benefits: brighter and more especially clean skin!

After using it, I rinse my face with cold water and apply hyaluronic acid and my night cream with pomegranate by Cien.

In the morning, the skin is visibly and significantly fresher, firmer andlooks healthier.
