Sincearamente non ho mai utilizzato prodotti della gamma Vinoperfect, ma conosco bene il marchio Caudalie ed in particolare la gamma Thé des vignes di cui utilizzo il bagnodoccia, la crema corpo ed Acqua Fresca che mi piace tantissimo , è diventato il mio profumo estivo!

Caudalie definisce così il Siero Anti - Macchie : "uniforma, leviga e illumina il colorito in un istante, attenua l'aspetto di tutti i tipi di macchie (età, sole, imperfezioni...), da quelle recenti a quelle più radicate ". 

Personalmente ero un po' scettica all'inizio ma il fatto che il Siero fosse un best seller doveva nascondere qualcosa di vero.

L'ho utilizzato per circa un mese e continuo ad utilizzarlo come base trucco o sotto la protezione solare.

La texture è delicata e dal rapido assorbimento, fattore molto piacevole perché l'estate la mia pelle non tollera le creme ricche. Contiene squaleno d'oliva e viniferina che donano idratazione e luminosità alla pelle .

Ho applicato il siero con costanza, la mattina appena sveglia e la sera dopo essermi struccata, su viso, collo e decolleté.

Simultaneamente ho applicato sul viso prima del siero l' Essenza di Luminosità, non è un tonico ma un'essenza che rende il viso radioso, elimina le cellule morte poiché contiene ingredienti come la peonia, l'acido glicolico e l'acqua d'uva bio, mi è piaciuto talmente tanto da inserirlo in un flaconcino spray da borsetta per averlo sempre con me!

Quindi per me il duo (Siero ed Essenza) della gamma #VinoPerfect usati in sinergia sono stati una vera e propria scoperta: giorno dopo giorno il mio viso ha riacquistato freschezza, luminosità e le piccole imperfezioni sono andate via!

Penso di riacquistarli dopo l'estate per evitare le macchiette del sole , sono davvero  risultati efficaci nel rendere la pelle "rigenerata" !!!

Here I have come back again to tell you about the following Caudalie products:


The Radiance Complexion Correcting Serum
The Concentrated Brightness Essence

Sincerely it has been the first time for me using products from the Vinoperfect range, but I know the Caudalie brand well and in particular the Thé des Vignes range of which I use the shower gel, body lotion and Fresh Water, the last one I love so much, it is my summer scent! 

Caudalie defines the The Radiance Complexion Correcting Serum in this way: "it uniforms, smoothes and illuminates the skin color in an instant, attenuates the appearance of all types of spots (age, sun, blemishes ...), from the recent ones to the old ones" .

At first personally I was a little skeptical but the Serum was a best seller so it had to hide something true. I have been using it for about a month as a make-up base or under my sun protection. The texture is light and quickly absorbed by the skin, a very pleasant element because in summer my skin does not tolerate rich creams. It contains olive squalane and viniferine that give hydration and brightness to the skin. 

I applied the serum consistently, the morning when I woke up and the evening after I removed make-up on my face, neck and décolleté. 

Simultaneously I applied the Concentrated Brightening Essence on the face before the serum, it is not a tonic but an essence that makes the face radiant and eliminates dead cells because it contains ingredients like peony, glycolic acid and organic grape water, I have been loving it so much so I put it in a spray bag container to have it always with me! 

Personally I think that the duo (Serum and Essence) of the #VinoPerfect range ,both used in synergy have been a real discovery: day after day my face has regained freshness, brightness and small blemishes have gone away ! SurelyI will reacquire them soon because they are effective in making the skin "flawless" !!!

Sono tornata di nuovo.... spero di esservi utile anche questa volta !

I miei capelli sono folti e ricci per natura ma notavo dopo l'estate una perdita di capelli ed una continua rottura delle punte probabilmente a causa del cambio stagione.

Così decido di correre ai ripari :

Condivido quindi con voi oggi parte della mia Hair care routine, recensendo un prodotto che aiuta i capelli sia dall'esterno che dall'interno.

Si tratta di Solgar Skin, Nail and Hair Formula.

Amo il marchio Solgar perché lo ritengo uno dei più validi produttori di integratori alimentari sul mercato.

E per chi fosse titubante riguardo i prodotti vitaminici, ricredetevi!

Questo integratore è stato realizzato per dare un supporto alla crescita dei capelli, delle unghie e migliorare la pelle.

Contiene Vitamina C, Zinco, Rame, MSM(metilsulfonilmetano), Alga Rossa, L-Lisina e L-Prolina ( amminoacidi che contrubuiscono alla formazione di collagene) . Non contiene derivati animali ed è adatto a Vegetariani e Vegani. 

I risultati? Davvero evidenti sin da subito su capelli ed unghie, non so dirvi sulla pelle poiché la curo molto in diversi modi.

La confezione che ho acquistato ha 60 pillole, ne assumo una al giorno per 2/3 settimane , anche se nella confezione è prevista l'assunzione di 2 pillole per far tornare i capelli vitali!

Devo essere sincera ho anche notato miglioramenti alle unghie che non si spezzano più e crescono velocemente! 

Ho acquistato Solgar Skin, Nails and Hair presso uno store Holland & Barrett  in Inghilterra ma lo trovate in line e nei migliori rivenditori in Italia. Ha un costo di circa 12 euro per 60 pillole e ne vale davvero l' acquisto!

I have come back once again hoping I will be useful for most of you!

I have natural voluminous and curly hair but after summer I noted hair loss and breakage of the tips caused probably, by the change of season.

Then I decided to do something immediately.

So I am sharing with you another review as part of my hair care routine, but this time it is about a product to help hair from the inside rather than outside. 

It is Solgar Skin, Nail and Hair Formula . 

I really like Solgar brand, I think they have a great selection of high quality products and for me they are definitely one of the top supplements manufacturers on the market. And for all those people who do not believe in vitamins/ supplements please change your mind!

Solgar Skin Nail and Hair Formula is designed to support healthy hair, skin and nails and it is suitable for vegans, it is also sugar and salt free.

It is enriched with Vitamin C, Zinc, red algae, methylsulfonylmethane (restores hair growth and repairs skin), l-lysine and l-proline that are amino-acids (collagen production). 

What about the results? It is really effective on hair and nails , I get visible results almost immediately. I cannot say the effect on my skin because I do a lot of things for my skin. 

I get 60 tablets bottle and I take 1 tablet every day for 2-3 weeks, even if on the package it is suggested to take 2 tablets to get hair back to normal. 

And I should also add that it makes my nails extremely strong and they grow very fast! 

I get Solgar Skin, Nail and Hair Formula from Holland & Barrett in Uk. It costs about £11.99 per 60 tablets, but it is definitely worth the money!

Ed eccomi a parlarvi di prodotti beauty low cost !

La linea PH Bio venduta da Lidl è una gamma di prodotti dermatologicamente testati, privi di parabenil, paraffine, oli minerali, cocamide dea, PEG, SLES, SLS e tutti certificati vegan ok e Bio Eco Cosmesi AIAB

Purtroppo non fanno parte della gamma prodotti permanente ma sono si trovano presso i punti vendita Lidl in ed.limitata in alcuni periodi dell'anno, io li riacquisto appena li ritrovo ed ammetto di farne scorta !

La gamma prodotti è varia ed i prezzi come vedete in foto sono modici.

Personalmente ho utilizzato ed utilizzo i seguenti articoli PH BIO di LIDL :

PH Bio Bagnocorpo Camomilla

Bagnoschiuma delicato adatto a tutti i tipi di pelle, arricchito con estratto di camomilla dalle note proprietà addolcenti e rilassanti.

Vi confesso che ne ho fatto largo uso anche quando avevo terminato il mio detergente intimo, è un prodotto delicatissimo adatto anche a pelle reattive come la mia.

PH Bio Bagnocorpo Calendula

Bagnoschiuma delicato adatto a tutti i tipi di pelle, arricchito con estratto di  calendula dalle proprietà addolcenti, sono sicura che la sua fragranza vi conquisterà sin da subito!

PH Bio Shampoo e Blasamo Camomilla e Aloe Vera 

Shampoo e Balsamo dalle proprietà emollienti che tendono a proteggere la struttura del capello dopo diversi utilizzi, comunque la differenza la noterete sin da subito, sono prodotti che riacquisterò anche perché avendo i capelli biondo naturale, la camomilla enfatizza i riflessi chiari.

PH Bio Balsamo timo per capelli grassi e forfora

Ha una formulazione molto semplice arricchita da estratti di timo, ortica, rosmarino e meliloto, noti per le proprietà purificanti e seboregolatrici. E' un balsamo di cui ho fatto largo uso nel periodo estivo e di cui ho terminato già un flacone per poi ricomprarlo per paura di non ritrovarlo più, mi piace perché leggero , non appesantisce la chioma e dona una freschezza irresistibile!

 

PH Bio detergente intimo delicato con rosmarino, timo e menta

E’ un detergente intimo delicato, arricchito con estratti di menta, timo e rosmarino, dalle proprietà rinfrescanti e purificanti. Ogni volta che lo utilizzo avverto una delicata freschezza ed una detersione efficace e delicata.

Ed é tutto per oggi, voi li avete provati? Io sono curiosa di testare le creme mani....

PH Bio range sold by Lidl is a range of dermatologically tested products, parabens, paraffins, mineral oils, PEG, SLES, SLS free and all vegan ok and AIAB Bio Eco Cosmic  certified .

Unfortunately, they are not part of the permanent product range but you can find them in some periods of the year, I buy them every time I see them and I admit they are stockpiled in my bathroom! 

The product range is various and the prices are very cheap !

Personally I used and I use the following PH BIO articles by LIDL :

PH Bio Gentle Foaming Foam

Gentle foaming foam suitable for all skin types, enriched with chamomile extract with soft, soothing properties.

I confess that I used it even when I had finished my intimate detergent, it is a delicate product suitable also for reactive skin like mine.

PH Bio Gentle Foaming Foam

Gentle foaming foam suitable for all skin types, enriched with calendula extract with softening properties, I am sure its fragrance will conquer you at first usage!

PH Bio Chamomile and Aloe Vera Shampoo and Conditioner 

Shampoo and conditioner with emollient properties that tend to protect the structure of the hair after several uses, however you will notice the difference soon,  they are products that I will surely buy again because having natural blond hair, the chamomile emphasizes hair highlights .

PH Bio Thymes for oil and dandruff hair 

It has a very simple formulation enriched with thyme, nettle, rosemary and melilot extract, known for its purifying and seboregulating properties. It is a conditioner I used to use in summer and I had finished a bottle and I bought it back for fear of not finding it again, I like it because it light, does not weigh the hair and gives it an irresistible freshness!

PH Bio Gentle Intimate Detergent with rosemary, thyme and mint

It is a gentle intimate detergent, enriched with mint extract, thyme and rosemary, with refreshing and purifying properties. Every time I use it I notice a delicate freshness and an effective and delicate clean. 

And it it all for today, have you tested them? I am curious to test hand creams ....

Combattiamo la cellulite... la mia personale esperienza ed i miei prodotti // Let's fight cellulite ..... my personal experience and my products

Rieccomi qui sul Blog, io tutto ok, voi come state?

Non siate tristi per le vacanze concluse e poi ci sono io a donarvi il sorriso parlando di uno dei problemi di cui soffrono la maggior parte delle donne: la cellulite!

Primo punto: non odiatela troppo perché è segno di fertilità.

Seconda punto: si può risolvere con delle attenzioni in più rivolte alla parte inferiore del vostro corpo

I prodotti da me utilizzati sono stati i seguenti :

Ultra Body Lift LIERAC: concentrato lipo-sculptant contro gli inestetismi della cellulite con azioni anti grassi, anti zucchero, anti acqua, è il trattamento ideale per mettere a dieta i cuscinetti. Euro 33,00 il maxi formato 400 ml in farmacia

Anti Cellulite Oil CIEN (Lidl) : concentrato di olio di betulla che in associazione con altri oli aiuta ad idratare e drenare i cuscinetti. Euro 3,00 circa presso la catena Lidl.

Li ho utilizzati in sinergia cioè ho aggiunto alla favolosa crema Gel Lierac alcune gocce di olio Cien alla betulla e partendo dalle gambe massaggiavo i due prodotti sino la parte superiore dove presente la buccia d'arancia per farli penetrare bene. Ho effettuato questo trattamento ogni mattina appena sveglia e la sera prima di andare a letto.

Oltre a questo "trattamento esterno" ho utilizzato delle Tisane drenanti che mi hanno aiutato a perdere liquidi in eccesso e dalla mia dieta ho limitato i carboidrati ( non li ho esclusi ma li ho assunti solo a colazione o a pranzo), a cena ho preferito mangiare solamente proteine.

Here once again on my Blog, I am ok, what about you?

Do not be sad for the ended holidays... there is me to give you a smile talking about one of the problems most women suffer: cellulitis! 

First point: do not hate it too much because it is a sign of fertility.

I used them synergistically, that is, I added to the fabulous Gel Lierac some drops of Birch oil by Cien and starting from the legs I massaged the two products towards the top where the orange peel is to penetrate well. I did this treatment every morning just waking up and in the evening before going to bed. 

In addition to this "external treatment" I used drainage herbal teas that helped me to lose excess fluids and from my diet I avoided carbohydrates ( I did not exclude them but I took them only at breakfast or at lunch ), at dinner I ate proteins.

IDRATAZIONE sempre ed ovunque con Eucerin pH5 Soft Cream // HYDRATION in every place and in every moment with Eucerin pH5 Soft Cream

Il post di oggi si focalizza sull'idratazione, come avete intuito dal titolo dell'articolo.

IDRATARE la pelle, perchè?!

Perché la nostra pelle è costituita dal 70% di acqua e per prevenire l'invecchiamento dobbiamo idratare sempre la pelle, sempre!

In inverno con il freddo ed il vento la pelle si screpola, e con il caldo la nostra pelle perde acqua tramite la sudorazione, delle volte anche l'utilizzo di detergenti aggressivi alterano il PH della pelle causando disidratazione cutanea, principale causa dell'invecchiamento. L'idratazione quindi è uno dei rimedi più semplici ed efficaci per scongiurarlo e può essere effettuata sia bevendo molta acqua nel corso della giornata (circa 2 litri) che utilizzando prodotti idratanti.

Vi dicevo negli articoli precedenti che la mia pelle ha bisogno di essere idratata sempre, anche più volte al giorno tramite creme e lozioni ma essendo delicata e sottile è anche molto esigente .

Today my post focuses on hydration, as you have guessed by the title of the article

TO HYDRATE skin, but why ?!

Because our skin is made up of 70% water and to prevent aging we must always moisturize the skin, always! 

In winter with the cold and the wind the skin cracks, and with the heat our skin loses water through sweating, sometimes also the use of aggressive detergents alter the skin PH causing skin dehydration, leading cause of aging. Hydration is, therefore, one of the simplest and most effective remedies to avoid it and can be done by drinking plenty of water during the day (about 2 liters) and using moisturizing products.

Fashion Connection Lounge - StyleBook

Ciao a tutti!

stavolta vi scrivo per segnalarvi che domani, Sabato 4 marzo torna a Roma il Fashion Connection Lounge di StyleBook, manifestazione dedicata alla valorizzazione dei giovani talenti del fashion design che giunge alla terza edizione, questa volta tutta al femminile.

Avrei dovuto partecipare anche io ma per impegni personali non potrò farlo.

Fashion Connection Lounge non è la solita sfilata ma un evento coinvolgente, incentrato sul confronto costruttivo tra designer e blogger: ogni stilista, dopo aver esibito in passerella alcune creazioni della propria collezione, sarà intervistata dalle blogger.

A coordinare le blogger e moderare gli nterventi sarà Claudia Giordano, autrice del blog BlondyWitch.

Sotto la direzione artistica di Federica Bernardini saranno proposte le creazioni di otto stiliste: Draga

Hadzhieva, Pinda Kida (presentata dall'associazione NIBI), Harriet Lind, Myriam Lo Prete, Valentina Pagliacci, Lucrezia Rinaldi, Simona Tuzio e Maria Cristina Vespaziani.

Durante la serata sarà anche presentata la nuova collezione “Peace” firmata Marcella Milano, sponsor dell'evento: pregiate fashion bag di lusso ispirate all’antica filosofia cinese dello Ying e Yang.

Quest'anno lo show avrà una presentatrice d'eccezione, Elena Travaini, ballerina affetta da una grave disabilità visiva, diventata nota al grande pubblico per la sua partecipazione come ospite a Ballando con le Stelle 2016 insieme al suo compagno di danza e di vita Anthony Carollo, con il quale ha fondato Blindly Dancing – Danzare ad occhi chiusi, Associazione che si pone l'obbiettivo di far vivere a tutte le persone indistintamente un'esperienza di danza al buio come metodo per abbattere le proprie paure, immergendosi per alcune ore nel mondo delle persone non vedenti.

L'evento avrà luogo presso l'OS Club, suggestiva location a due passi dal Colosseo all'interno del Parco di Colle Oppio.

Hi Everybody!

This time I write to tell you that tomorrow, Saturday 4th March, the Fashion Connection Lounge StyleBook returns to Rome, an event dedicated to the development of young talents of fashion design which reaches to its third edition, this time all female.

Unfortunately, I couldn't be there, Fashion Connection Lounge is not the usual parade but a compelling event, devoted the constructive dialogue between designers and bloggers: each designer, after having performed catwalk creations some of its collection, will be interviewed by bloggers.

To coordinate and moderate the bloggers' interventions will be Claudia Giordano, author of the blog BlondyWitch.

Under the artistic direction of Federica Bernardini will be propose the creations of eight designers : Draga Hadzhieva, Pinda Kida (presented by the NIBI association), Harriet Lind, Myriam Lo Prete, Valentina Pagliacci, Lucrezia Rinaldi, Simona Tuzio e Maria Cristina Vespaziani.

During the evening will also be presented the new collection "Peace" signed Marcella Milano, sponsor of the event: fine fashion luxury bag inspired by ancient Chinese  Ying and Yang philosophy. 

This year the show will have an exceptional presenter, Elena Travaini, dancer suffering from a severe visual impairment, became known to the general public for its participation as a guest on Dancing with the Stars in 2016 along with her companion of dance and life Anthony Carollo, they founded Blindly Dancing - Dancing with closed eyes.  Association that has the objective to give life to all people without distinction the dancing experience in the dark as a mean to break their fears, plunging for a few hours in the world of blind people. 

The event will take place at the OS Club, picturesque location near the Colosseum within the Colle Oppio Park. 

Fashion Connection Lounge is a format devised by StyleBook (www.stylebook.it), a social network of fashion and cultural association active in facilitating the meeting and collaboration between artists from different creative fields, with particular attention to fashion, design, and photography.

Must Have Creams !

What I think about.....e torna la mia rubrica per parlarvi di due creme che ho amato, amo ed ho terminato......le acquistai a Parigi da City Pharma .

Dopo le prime applicazioni quotidiane (mattina e sera) potrete visibilmente vedere la differenza della vostra pelle. Gradualmente i segni e le rughette spariscono! Non riuscivo a crederci!

Dopo averle usate costantemente ho notato una differenza nell'aspetto della mia pelle. I miei pori appaiono più piccoli, le mie linee sulla mia fronte sono meno evidenti e il mio tono della pelle è più uniforme!

I risultati sicuramente sono dovuti alla sinergia dei lori ingredienti:

Le texture è fenomenale: non grassa e e si assorbe dopo qualche minuto così da poter procedere velocemente con il make up!

Sono le mie creme preferite che riacquisterò sicuramente!

What I think about....my column is coming to tell you about two creams that I loved, I still love and I have finished ! I bought them at City Pharma in Paris.

At first applications everyday (morning and evening) you can visibly see the difference in your skin. These creams makes fines line virtually disappear! I couldn't believe my eyes! 

After using them for a long I have notice a difference in the overall appearance of my skin too:  my pores appear smaller, my lines on my forehead are less noticeable and my skin tone is more even! 

Surely they works well because of the gret ingredients in them ( listed above).

The texture is amazing : it is not graesy and it absorbs quickly so you can on with your usual make up!

They are my two favourite face creams that I will buy again soon.

Se mi verrebbe chiesto quale prodotto di bellezza di cui non potrei fare a meno se mi trovassi un'isola deserta, la risposta sarebbe: il MASCARA.
Trovare il mascara perfetto, delle volte può essere una ricerca continua , soprattutto perché oggigiorno c'è una abbondanza di mascara tra cui scegliere, tutti che fanno le più svariate promesse : allungamento, volumizzante, curling, rimpolpante, impermeabile....
Lo so tutto ciò crea molta confusione, ma noi donne non ci fermiamo, se non riusiamo a trovare il nostro "mascara" ed io essendo una mascara addicted non potevo non acquistare il mascara Very me fat lash del marchio Oriflame.

Una mia amica vende il marchio Oriflame, me lo ha consigliato (grazie cara!)  ed ho già ordinato il secondo nella versione extra black!

Prima di tutto ho apprezzato molto il fatto che non mi facesse lacrimare e non irritasse i miei occhi sensibili.

Cosa mi piace di più?! è uno dei mascara del tipo "effetto bagnato" , non avrete bisogno di lavorare rapidamente il prodotto, non si asciuga e fissa velocemente come altre marche che ho provato, potete lavorarlo senza alcuno sforzo, anzi se lo lascerete asciugare 2-3 minuti ed andrete ad applicare ulteriori strati di mascara l'effetto ciglia finte sarà garantito!

La parte superiore arrotondata del pennello permette di raggiungere le ciglia più piccole e sottili inoltre dura 12 ore senza problemi  (l'ho testato lo scorso fine settimana ad una festa ) e senza sgretolarsi !

La rimozione non è semplice, perché il mascara si fissa bene, ma non sarà difficile rimuoverlo con un buono struccante o le salviettine struccanti.

Però vi svelo che non mi fermo qui....cerco sempre ottimi mascara !!!!!!

If asked what beauty product I would not want to be without if stranded on a deserted island, the answer would be: MASCARA.

Finding that one perfect mascara, on the other hand, can sometimes feel like a lifelong quest, especially as there is now an overwhelming abundance out there to choose from, all making differing claims: lengthening, volumizing, curling, plumping, waterproof and so on.... 

Confusing, I know, buut we women are nothing, if not determined to find our "mascara" and because I am a mascara addicted I have decided to buy the Very Me fat lash mascara by Oriflame.

A friend of mine (that I thank you!) sells the brand Oriflame and suggested me it, I have ordered it again in the extra black version!

First of all I love the fact it does not make me weep and do not irritate my sensitive eyes!
What do I love most ?! The product  is one of the “wetter/ glossy ” types of mascara, you do not need to work quickly, it does not dry and set fast as other brand I tried, you can still build it up without too much effort, if you make it dry for 2-3 minutes and then will apply other coats the falsies lashes effect is garanteed!

The rounded top of the brush makes reaching smaller and/or thinner lashes and wear time was totally amazing, lasting easily 12 hours plus (I gave it the most vigorous test this past weekend at a party), without any flaking!

Removal is not so simple because the mascara fix very well on lashes,but with a good makeup removal or wipes you will have no problems.

I reveal to you that I can't stop....I am always looking for great mascaras!!!!!!!
