Il post di oggi si focalizza sull'idratazione, come avete intuito dal titolo dell'articolo.

IDRATARE la pelle, perchè?!

Perché la nostra pelle è costituita dal 70% di acqua e per prevenire l'invecchiamento dobbiamo idratare sempre la pelle, sempre!

In inverno con il freddo ed il vento la pelle si screpola, e con il caldo la nostra pelle perde acqua tramite la sudorazione, delle volte anche l'utilizzo di detergenti aggressivi alterano il PH della pelle causando disidratazione cutanea, principale causa dell'invecchiamento. Today my post focuses on hydration, as you have guessed by the title of the article

TO HYDRATE skin, but why ?!

Because our skin is made up of 70% water and to prevent aging we must always moisturize the skin, always! 

In winter with the cold and the wind the skin cracks, and with the heat our skin loses water through sweating, sometimes also the use of aggressive detergents alter the skin PH causing skin dehydration, leading cause of aging.
